From the Youtube introduction of "Fred & John Talks" channel: Fred turned 67 in August, 2023. John had his 80th birthday in December, 2022. By my count that's 147 years of life experience. In terms of careers,  Fred has been in the "helping professions" for 40 years, the past 31 years as a professional therapist  (mental health and marital counseling), while John was in the medical profession as an OB/GYN for 40 years, which is 80 years of combined, highly worthwhile work. Thus they bring to the table a wealth of wisdom and experience in helping people in myriad ways to enjoy a better quality of life."
